What you’ll find here is more a functional medicine approach, which means getting to the root of the problem. I hope to share information that gets you to thinking about your body as an awesome creation and the power it has when it is well cared for.

You’ll see things on supplements, herbal and other alternative remedies, food as medicine, exercise or movement of the body. Detoxing your home using more natural products, both DIY and bought.

Also I’m organized and clutter drives me nuts, so I have routines and rhythms that help keep our large family home from being complete chaos.
