Hey There,

I’m Hannah, which means grace, which means undeserved favor and thank God for that! I mess up almost daily and God keeps loving me the same. My high school sweetheart and #hotfarmerhubbie and I have a crazy crew of 5 kids that happened in a 7  year period. We are raising kids, cows and trying to keep all alive on our Kansas farm.

I switched to stay at home mom life after baby #5 leaving a regular job as a physical therapist assistant where I’d been a long time.  Transitions are hard, right?

My 40 year old mom died suddenly from a form of leukemia when I was only 16. I then helped my Dad raise my 3 younger sisters, while he tried to deal with a broken heart.  This trauma instilled a fear in me of dying by the time I was 40, though I didn’t really understand that till a year or 2 ago. Allowing myself to be fearful tainted my ability to live fully in joy, always being cautious and over controlling which doesn’t work with 5 strong-willed stubborn kids or with motherhood at all. Now at 38 just in the last few years I see God’s full plan, and I never had control, I really lacked trust. I did always have it in me to be joyful, healthy and whole.

I’m a science geek, I think the body and creation are just amazing things and we just don’t take the time to appreciate them and their power and capabilities. Being in physical therapy many years it was my job to teach people about their bodies and how through movement the body could begin to heal.

My desire is to continue to teach others how to simply take care of their body so that it will efficiently work for them so they can live the exuberant life God has intended.

Health and wellness is so important because you only get one body for this life! My goal is prevention through education!  This is best explained through the Thomas Edison quote, “The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patient in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.”

Welcome!
